Wolf & Noble, Inc.

At Wolf & Noble, we do something almost no one else in behavioral health does: we practice and we measure. Our founder and lead consultant, Dr. Sparkes, is both a working clinician and a statistician — a rare combination that informs our programs and services.

Measurement-based care is fast becoming a standard expectation. Providers are increasingly asked to track client outcomes and demonstrate impact, in words and in numbers. We help you meet that expectation, and do it well — through consulting, education, and training built for behavioral health providers. Whether you're in private practice or running a large service organization, partnering with us equips you with the knowledge, skills, and systems to strengthen your services and show their value.

And because we're providers ourselves, we care about the quality of care beneath the metrics. Measurement that becomes a burden is measurement misapplied. We don't sacrifice client-centered care to satisfy administrative demands — we design and teach measurement practices that serve both.

We're also committed to the field beyond our own clients. Wolf & Noble donates 1% of its revenue to organizations that expand access to behavioral health care or measurement-based care. When you work with us, you support that work too.

Shane Sparkes

Founder and Senior Consultant

Dr. Sparkes is a clinical social worker with over twelve years of experience in the behavioral health field. He has provided intensive behavioral health services to high-acuity individuals experiencing serious mental illness in both residential and field-based settings. He is also a working statistician with a PhD in biostatistics from the University of Southern California. Developing a form of measurement-based care that is client-centered and natural for a provider and client to implement in a care process is his passion and calling. His research labors at the intersection of phenomenology, measurement theory, and causal inference in behavioral health. HIs most recent work is "Measurement-Based Care and Causality in Behavioral Health: A Practical Guide." He is available for training, speaking events, one-on-one support and coaching, and major projects. Dr. Sparkes views any opportunity to support his clients as a privilege. He is excited to partner with individuals and organizations to actualize their service goals.
