Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains when purchases from Wolf & Noble, Inc. ("Wolf & Noble," "we," "us") are refundable and how to cancel a subscription. It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms and Conditions. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, please read it before you buy.

1. Digital Downloads and Ebooks

Digital downloads (including worksheets, tools, and our publications in PDF or EPUB) are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed, because the product is delivered in full at that point. If you have not yet downloaded or accessed the file, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase (see Section 5).

2. Online Courses

Courses are non-refundable once you have accessed, opened, started, or streamed any portion of the course content. If you have not accessed any part of a purchased course, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Course bundles and any live or cohort-based offerings may carry their own terms disclosed at purchase, which control where they differ from this policy.

3. Memberships and Other Subscriptions

Memberships (Basic, Plus, and Partnership) and any other subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.

  • Automatic renewal. Your subscription continues for successive billing periods (for example, monthly) and your payment method is charged at the start of each period at the then-current price, until you cancel.
  • Cancel anytime. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard on the Site or by emailing [email protected]. Because you subscribe online, you can cancel online — we will not make cancellation harder than signing up.
  • When cancellation takes effect. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your membership benefits through the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • No partial-period refunds. Subscription fees already charged are non-refundable, and we do not refund or credit partial billing periods, unused time, or unused benefits, except where required by law.
  • Price changes. We will give advance notice of any material price increase as required by law; the new price applies to the next billing period, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

 

California residents: this is a recurring subscription that continues until you cancel. Cancel as described above to stop future charges. This policy is intended to comply with California's Automatic Renewal Law.

4. Consultations, Coaching, and Services

Free discovery calls carry no charge and may be rescheduled or cancelled in advance. Paid coaching and consulting are governed by the booking terms or signed agreement for that engagement, including its scheduling and cancellation terms. For prepaid coaching packages, unused, properly-cancelled sessions are refunded as provided in the applicable coaching agreement (typically on a pro-rated basis, less sessions forfeited for late cancellation or no-show).

5. Free Products

Products provided at no charge are not eligible for refunds.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] from the email address used for the purchase, with your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within [5] business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within [5–10] business days, depending on your provider.

7. Billing Errors and Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us first and we will work to resolve it promptly. Please do not initiate a chargeback before contacting us; chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account and access pending resolution.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. We will update the "Last Updated" date above when we make changes.
